Muhammad Nur Hafizuddin bin Haji Hamidi and Nurul Nazurah BintiJulaini (Year 1 and Year 2 nursing students from PAPRSB IHS, respectively) attended the two-weekworkshop. The events are sponsored and hosted by HKU as one of the activities under SoutheastAsia Nurse Educators and Research Network (SEANERN) initiative, chaired by Professor WipadaKunaviktikul, Dean at Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. The workshop aims to provide nursing students from East and Southeast Asian countries with anoverview of global and community nursing theories and strategies related to the delivery of care toindividuals and their families within the community. Participating nursing students were alsoinvolved in the community assessment which took place in the Southern District of Hong Kong aspart of their experiential learning. In addition, both students also participated in “The 8th HongKong International Nursing Forum cum 2018 International Council on Women’s Health IssuesCongress” which was held at HKU from the 17th of December 2018 to the 18th of December 2018."
