6P A P R S B I H S P A R T I C I P A T E S I N H I G H E RE D U C A T I O N E X P O 2 0 1 9 The Ministry of Education (MoE) – through the Higher Education Division, Institute ofBrunei Technical Education (IBTE), and Scholarship Section –launched the Higher EducationExpo 2019 at BRIDEX Hall 2 in Jerudong from the 16th to the 17th of February 2019. Theannual event saw IHS’s booth receiving encouraging response and interests from the publicfor all courses: Undergraduate programmes in 6 disciplines: Biomedical Science, Dentistry,Medicine, Nursing & Midwifery and Pharmacy; as well as Graduate programmes in Master ofMedicine, Master of Nursing, Master of Public Health, and Masters and PhD by Research.Medicine and Dentistry programmes are offered on a twinning basis with overseas partnerschools. Representatives from respective programmes from IHS interacted with parentsand students regarding the prospects of further education. The admissions/administrativeteam and student ambassadors from IHS were also present to provide advice regardingapplication and share their student experience at IHS, respectively.
