
Taking your PACES exam in Brunei
UBD and the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) Local Examination Coordinating Committee are proud to host the MRCP(UK) Part 2 Clinical Examination (PACES) at the PAPRSB Institute of Health Sciences. The MRCP(UK) Part 2 Clinical Examination (Practical Assessment of Clinical Examination Skills - PACES) is designed to test the clinical knowledge and skills of trainee doctors who hope to enter higher specialist training.
The MRCP(UK) Part 2 Clinical Examination (PACES) is held twice a year for a period of three working days each at the PAPRSB Institute of Health Sciences, UBD, Brunei, during which time, a maximum complement of forty-five candidates will be examined. The next diet will be held on 27th to 29th January 2026 and 30th June to 2nd July 2026 at the PAPRSB Institute of Health Sciences.
To apply, candidates are advised to do this online through their My MRCP(UK) online accounts. Candidates must meet the Entry Regulations for the MRCP(UK) Examination as specified in the current MRCP(UK) Regulations and must not be disqualified from sitting the MRCP(UK) for any reason. Candidates who complete all parts of the MRCP(UK) Examination successfully in Brunei will be eligible to apply for election to the Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom.
